Terms of Service

Effective October 1, 2026

These terms apply to your use of zanaroofing.link and to calls and requests made through it. By using the site or calling the number on it, you agree to them.

Who we are and who does the work

Zana Roofers connects you with independent licensed roofing contractors who perform the work. Every roofer we send is licensed and insured in Florida. Zana Roofers answers calls and requests, and sends a roofer to you. Zana Roofers is not itself a roofing contractor and does not perform roofing work. The roofer who comes out is an independent business, responsible for its own license, insurance, permits, workmanship and warranty. You can verify any Florida roofing license on the DBPR license search.

Estimates, contracts and scheduling

  • The roofer inspects the roof and gives you a written estimate before any work starts. You decide whether to go ahead.
  • Any contract for roof work is between you and the roofer. Read it before signing, including the price, the scope, payment terms, what happens if hidden damage is found, warranty terms and cancellation rights.
  • Arrival times are estimates. During storms, at night and in high wind or lightning, a roofer may only be able to tarp or dry-in the roof until conditions are safe for a permanent repair.
  • Prices, availability and warranties are set by the roofer, not by this website.

Insurance claims

Zana Roofers does not adjust insurance claims, interpret insurance policies or negotiate with insurers, and does not encourage anyone to file a claim. Whether to file a claim is your decision; contact your insurer to verify your coverage, deductible and policy terms before signing a roof contract. A roofer can document the condition of your roof and write a repair estimate. Zana Roofers does not offer anything of value in exchange for a roof inspection or an insurance claim.

Information on this site

Guides and pages on this site are general information about roofs in Northwest Florida. They are not legal, insurance or engineering advice, and they do not replace an inspection of your roof. Laws, codes and insurer rules change; check current requirements with Santa Rosa County, the City of Gulf Breeze where it applies, your insurer or a qualified professional.

Your use of the site

Please give accurate information when you call or send a request. Do not use the site to send spam, harmful code or false requests. Content on this site belongs to Zana Roofers; you may share links to it, but please do not copy it wholesale.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Zana Roofers is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from work performed by an independent roofer, whose obligations to you are set by your contract with them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Florida law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
