When you call
Your phone number, the date and time of the call, and what you tell us about the job: your name, the property address or area, the kind of roof and the problem. Calls to (773) 207-0769 may pass through a call-tracking service that logs the call and, where you are told so at the start of the call, records it. Recordings are used for quality and to make sure job details are passed on correctly.
When you send a request
The details you type into the form: name, phone, email if you give it, the service you choose and your message, plus the page you sent it from and the time. The form is processed by a third-party form service that stores the submission and forwards it to us.
When you browse

We also share information with service providers that help run the site and phone line (web hosting, form processing, call tracking, analytics), only as needed for them to provide that service, and when the law requires it.
Texts and calls
If you check the consent box on the form, you agree that Zana Roofers and the roofer handling your job may call or text you about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of further texts, or ask on any call.
How long we keep it
We keep call logs and requests for as long as needed to handle the job, answer follow-up questions and meet record-keeping needs, and then delete or anonymize them.
Removing or correcting your information
To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, call (773) 207-0769 and say you are making a privacy request. We will confirm it is you, then act on it and ask the roofer who received your details to do the same. Some records may be kept where the law requires.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to call and request records is limited to the people who need them. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send payment card numbers, passwords or other sensitive data through the form.
Children
